Great! There are many myth or wrong information about diet. That's why we need a someone that can be our mentor in losing weight. And the person must be the diet consultant/dietitians
I've thought about looking for a dietitian for my husband and me. He has only about a foot of large intestine from diverticulitis and is on a diuretic because of chronic kidney stones - he's 51. I had half my thyroid removed 10 years ago and am now suddenly suffering the effects of a sluggishly thyroid while on Levoxyl even though my levels are "normal".
